Water Research Cluster

The Water Research Cluster coordinates water research across the University of Adelaide and has been established to:

• more effectively interact with our stakeholders
• encourage and facilitate cross-disciplinary research
• support and nurture early career researchers
• more effectively use our equipment and infrastructure.

The Cluster has a focus on encouraging multi-disciplinary research, national and international collaboration and engagement with its stakeholders. It has a role in mentoring early career researchers, increasing income to the University and promoting the University of Adelaide brand. Everyone who is involved in water-related research is invited to be a member of the Cluster.

The Cluster is strongly supported by the University of Adelaide, which is one of the top research universities in Australia. If you are interested in finding out more about the capability and expertise in the Water Research Cluster, you can search our database or browse through the list of participants in the Cluster.

We run workshops and seminars that you are welcome to attend.

Through its links with the following research alliances and centres of excellence, the Water Research Cluster is networked to all the major research groups interested in water across the nation and has a number of linked commercial operations.

The Water Research Cluster also has access to a broad range of specialist technologies, equipment, facilities and field stations.
